GEORGE (BRUCE) BRICKNELL '58
(Information received from his wife,
Judy Bricknell): "My husband, George (Bruce) Bricknell, died on
Nov 27, 2002. We lived in
Bartlett, TN. then and I still live here. He had a rare lung
disease called Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis. He was a wonderful man,
and I miss him every day". |

SHARON "CHIC" (COOK) FLOTO '58
(Information received from her daughter Joni)
"It is with great sadness that I send this in. Chic died
on November 30, 1999 of Lung Cancer. There are many people who
will be at the runion who don't know of her death.
She was a wonderful person. She was the sunshine in our lives.
Her granddaughter, Brenda (22) and Nikki (20), worshipped her.
Her great grandsons Matthew and Connor literally lit up when
they saw her.
We all miss her more than words can say. Her children, Joni and
rob) are still living in her house if anyone wishes to contact
them. She is now with her husband, Bill Floto, her high school
sweetheart whom she married in 1958.
He died in 1974 of a heart attack. She never remarried. When
Mom died a light went out in our lives that will never come back.
Sincerely, Joni
Her Daughter" |

ALICE CREWS '58
A web site has a little information regarding the death of Alcie
Crews
(Millikan '58).
http://www.msu.edu/~daggy/cop/bkofdead/obits-co.htm#CrewsTonya
They state that the former Playmate died in an automobile accident
in 1966. The exact date and location of the accident are not
given. I can't vouch for the accuracy of this information, but
I thought it might be
helpful in a small way.
From: Harry Beams, Springfield IL
Bob,
I apologize for the delay in responding to your request. I am
sorry that I don't have much news to report. The most I could
find out was that it is true that she has passed away. I did
not receive any details into the cause of her passing. I am including
below all of the information on Tonya that I could find in the
Playboy Cyber Club. Thanks for your patience.

Playmate Without Reservation:
Indian-maiden Miss March is a modern-dance delight
Our raven-tressed, delightfully-undressed Miss March, born and
bountifully bred in Oklahoma, is part Choctaw, once lived on
a Navaho and Hopi reservation in Arizona. Curvaceous Tonya Crews
could hardly be expected to hide her assets (37-22-36) under
a Navaho blanket, however, and it wasn't very long before she
cut out and started to carve a career for herself as a dance
teacher in Hollywood. Tonya is currently deep in the choreographic
intricacies of a jazz dance concert which our enterprising maiden
intends also to produce and appear in. After all that jazz, she
has big eyes to open her own dance studio. If and when she does,
we, and our two left feet, will
apply for lifetime membership.
When she's not atwirl, Tonya gets her kicks from strumming a
bass guitar, harbors a secret ambition to be a mathematician.
With her figure, that just doesn't figure.
