40th Reunion
Jerry
W. Griffin and Bob Morgan are thinking about putting together
a
special 40th Reunion, in addition to the all-class one. They
would like to hold it in Tucson, AZ at Oro Valley Country Club (a
modest drive from So. Cal) and possibly have a golf tournament
also. They were thinking sometime next summer. If
this

event is going to be at the Long Beach Airport. We are

hanger – no dinner – just music and bar! It will be real

I heard from the Arrowbear Music Associates (a non-profit that supports
Arrowbear Music Camp) that Roger Johnson, a former instrumental music
teacher at Millikan who later moved to Long Beach City College, will be
retiring this spring. That has prompted several of us to organize a
cross-year gathering of Millikan instrumental musicians from the Class
of 1969 through about 1972.
